Liahonas Escape with a Narrow Victory!

Liahonas Escape With Narrow Victory!

The Liahonas win a close contest against the Hillsiders (49-47). Normally, the Liahonas are able to slowly, yet methodically, dismantle their opponents throughout the course of a game but not this time. The Liahonas built up a seven point lead in the second quarter, before the Hillsiders came back to take the lead. Again, the Liahonas built up an eight point lead, but the Hillsiders would fight back to within one point. The Hillsiders made several pushes that brought them within a possession of the lead, but they couldn't get over the top in the second half. Behind two big three point shots in the 4th quarter by Tornup, the Liahonas would take a five point lead. Bobby Young, for the Hillsiders, hit a three point shot with no time left on the clock to make it a two point game.

Wow, that would have been an amazing upset. The Hillsiders were shooting the ball better, but their rebounding must have cost them the game.
So what are your picks for the NCAA tournament? I picked Louiseville, Memphis, Pittsburgh, and North Carolina to get to the final four. I picked BYU to lose in the first round even though I want them to win. I picked Utah to lose in the second round against Wake Forest.
Anyway, I hope things are good. Let me know when the baby comes. See ya.
