Angels Defeat Iron Rods

In one of the best games so far, the Angels defeated the Iron Rods 48-47. After a slow start, the Angels found themselves down 9-2 midway through the first quarter. They fought their way back and finally tied the game with 8 minutes left in the game. The Angels built a four point lead with just a minute and a half remaining in the game. The Iron Rods then narrowed that gap to one after a big three pointer by Edwards. The Iron Rods had the ball and a chance to win the game with just seconds to go. Mangum drove to the hoop and was fouled. He was not in the act of shooting, but the Angels had seven fouls to put the Iron Rods in bonus. Mangum missed the first free throw, and the Angels got the rebound to run out the clock. With a make, Mangum would have had one more chance to win the game.

Wow, awesome game. It's always exciting when it comes down to the wire, especially between a couple of the best teams in the league. Either of them could easily be undefeated right now.

Hey Jason, I noticed that some of the teams had played four games, but it only has the scores through week 3. I'm curious to see the other scores. I'm mostly interested in seeing how the Angels lost.
