#25 BYU gets its eighth win on the season by defeating the Lamar Cardinals. They revenged a loss to the Cardinals last year and flew by them 88-66. Cummard had a career night with 27 points, 10 rebounds, and 8 assists.BYU will most likely hold on to their ranking for another week with the win, and is now tied with Memphis for the longest active home winning streak. BYU will have a chance to take the top spot with a win this weekend over Pepperdine.
